Studio Weavers
The team
From the 2nd of July we decided we needed to speed the weaving process up a bit and we began working with weavers in the studio.
We held a workshop for these weavers where our facilitators explained the project to them and taught them how to weave. We started weaving with these weavers on the 5th of July. It has to be said that there is a fantastic feeling of enthusiasm and energy in the studio everyday – the energy is just electric! In just the first week these wonderful weavers managed to finish 400 squares! We were so impressed!
